When this service may help
A clear response to a specific need.
Your organization provides essential services, but staff need additional knowledge or skills to carry the work forward. Whether the need involves trauma-informed practice, cultural accessibility, or a change in policy, you want training that reflects your staff, your programs, and the communities you serve.
The process
What working together looks like.
Initial consultation
We begin with a no-pressure conversation about your organizational model, your staff, and the knowledge or skill gaps you want to address.
Scope and agreement
We confirm the project scope, pricing, and contract before work begins.
Training needs assessment
We meet virtually with core staff members to understand the audience, current practices, learning goals, and practical constraints.
Training plan
We identify the training Mare Regina can provide directly and any specialized topics that would be better served by another organization.
Plan review
We present the proposed training plan to core staff members and refine it based on their feedback.
Training coordination and delivery
We deliver the agreed-upon training and make warm handoffs to trusted outside providers when a need falls outside our scope.
Follow-up support
We remain available for one follow-up meeting to troubleshoot implementation issues and answer additional questions.
Effective training should give staff something they can use in their daily work. We can help define the need, build the right plan, and connect your team with the appropriate expertise.
