When this service may help

A clear response to a specific need.

Your organization provides essential services to families, including immigrant families, but participation has begun to decline. Families may be missing services they need, while lower participation also threatens the year-end results you must report to funders.

The process

What working together looks like.

  1. Initial consultation

We begin with a no-pressure conversation about your organizational model, the communities you serve, and the barriers you are seeing.

  2. Scope and agreement

We confirm the project scope, pricing, and contract before work begins.

  3. Staff discovery session

We meet virtually with core staff members to understand your current programs, outreach practices, and reporting requirements.

  4. Access assessment and strategy

We assess language access, privacy and data practices, community outreach, and other barriers that may discourage participation.

  5. Practical recommendations

We develop an access protocol and outreach strategy that uses trusted relationships and clear communications to help community members understand the safeguards your organization has in place.

  6. Staff training

We train staff on the protocol and strategy and answer questions about implementation.

  7. Implementation support

We remain available for up to three follow-up meetings to troubleshoot issues and answer additional questions.

When participation falls, the cause is not always the quality of the service. We can help identify access barriers and build a practical strategy for reconnecting with the communities your organization serves.
