720 hours of pro bono expertise produced recommendations on ADA compliance, multilingual access, workforce planning, and long-term sustainability.

Inform Women, Transform Lives

Designed and managed a multi-channel public awareness campaign in partnership with The Carter Center, Johns Hopkins, Enoch Pratt Library, and WYPR.

Over 2 million digital impressions, 842 new caregivers served (total 6,454), and Baltimore City Council recognition of November as Family Caregivers' Month.

Student-attorney representation of a noncitizen client before federal courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals — research, brief writing, and case strategy on a complex pro bono matter.

Strengthened arguments and advocacy for an individual facing high-stakes proceedings he would have otherwise navigated alone.

Language Access Program

Built the agency's comprehensive Language Access Guidance framework with the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs — interpretation and translation across Spanish, Chinese, French, Korean, and Arabic.

Brought the agency into full Title VI compliance and produced a replicable model for other City departments.
